Caregiver DSP for Behavioral Group Home
Pay Rate: $17.98 per hour (for this specific group home)
Schedules are regular and consistent

Competitive Pay: Starting range is currently at $17.98/hour up to $20/hour (pay rate determined by which group home location you work in), plus annual increases,Pay on Demand , Full benefits package for employees working 30+ hours/week, including health benefits and 401(k) with a 3% company match

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent;
DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications - Preferred
Experience: 6 months minimum of experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities - AND - must have some experience working with severe behavioral challenges such as verbal and physical aggression, running away, and so on.
Skills: Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy, strong communication skills
Clearances: must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks and a pre-employment physical and TB test.
Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
Licenses: Valid CA Driver's license; must have driver history of at least one year as a licensed driver (in any US state)
AVAILABILITY: All positions require working at least one weekend shift (some schedules include both weekend days)
Relevant experience includes: Behavioral Technician, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA, DSP with Developmentally disabled population
