Sevita Registered Nurse in Garden Grove, California
NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.
Our NeuroRestorative facility located in Garden Grove, CA, is a fully licensed JCAHO accredited Congregate Living Healthcare (CLHF) facility that specializes in brain, spinal cord and other life-altering injuries and medically-complex illnesses. We offer in-patient treatment in a residential home-like setting to individuals of all ages, which includes Neurorehabilitation, respite, post-acute, and sub-acute care. We offer a variety of services including amputee care, complex wound care, G- and J- tube feedings, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, multiple IV Antibiotic therapy, pulmonary care, social & recreational activities, and more.

Registered Nurse
Fulltime DAY shift available (7:00 am-7:00 pm)
Fulltime NOC shift available (7:00 pm-7:00 am)
Fulltime schedule is as follows:
Week 1: Sunday/Wednesday/Thursday
Week 2: Monday/Tuesday/Friday/Saturday
Repeat
Every other weekend off (Fri, Sat, Sun)
$38.00-$41.00 per hour; base rate based on experience
12-hour shifts
OT after 8th hour (4 hours of OT at time and a half pay)
DT after 12th hour

15-bed CLHF facility located on Springdale Street
In-patient residential setting sub-acute rehab

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
Education : Accredited RN degree, current state RN license, and current CPR/First Aid certification
Experience : One year of experience
Skills : Clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, teamwork, creative problem solving

Vehicle : Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
